  • 10.18Establishment of the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration approved
  • 10.046 departments newly established (240 students) (School of Fashion Design, Administration, Creative Writing Major, Tourism Management Major, Sports Therapy Major, Control and Instrumentation Engineering) / increase in students for 3 departments (80 students) (Chinese Language & Literature, Japanese Language & Literature, Art)
  • 04.01Vice President Dae-hyeon Shin D. Sc., inaugurated
  • 03.23The Social Education College (School of Continuing Education) opened
  • 03.02The 5th entrance ceremony (1,100 students), completion of the ROTC Building
  • 03.01The 2nd President Chang-gap Lee D. Eng. inaugurated

  • 09.054 departments newly approved (160 students) (Chinese Language & Literature, Japanese Language & Literature, Art, Taxation); increased students in 5 departments (100 students) (Department of Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Architecture, and Information Communication Engineering)
  • 03.02The 4th entrance ceremony (750 students); Engineering Building, ROTC Building construction began

  • 08.30 G.C.C. completed.

  • 04.01Konyang College promoted to Konyang University. (The first Dean, Chang-gap Lee, Ph.D., inaugurated)
